Dr. Jue was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley town of Hanford, California. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at University of Southern California. He began his career in medicine as an emergency medical technician.
After attending medical school at The George Washington University, Dr. Jue received his Internal Medicine specialty training at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, where he served as Chief Medical Resident. He has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Jue moved to Napa in 1998. He enjoys family, friends, food, music, skiing, and the shooting sports

Following her Microsoft husband to Bellevue, WA she soon became a well-known and admired primary care provider with expertise in outpatient care, managing both acute and complex chronic diseases as well as guiding patients through their personal preventive care program. She also has experience in managing patients in hospice care, skilled nursing facilities, adult family homes, memory care facilities, and assisted living facilities.

Dr. Alex De Moraes is a UC Davis graduate and retired US Air Force Reserve flight surgeon. Dr. De Moraes practiced in Napa from 2006 to 2010 in roles at the Queen of the Valley, Clinic Ole, The Meadows, and in private practice. Professional opportunity took him to Bellevue, WA where he served as Associate Medical Director at the Overlake Medical Center. In 2016, after reconnecting with Dr. Kako at a medical conference, Dr. De Moraes expressed interest in joining a team of like-minded private practice doctors, nurses, and staff in Napa.
In addition to being a skilled physician, Dr. De Moraes brings a breadth of administrative and clinical knowledge, including his unique 10+ years as a flight surgeon in the US Air Force Reserves. Dr. De Moraes is committed to individual patient care and treatment, dictated by each patient's needs. He specializes in family practice.
In his spare time, Dr. De Moraes enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and dog.

Dr. Eve N. Sobel graduated from Tufts Medical School in 1997 and did her internal medicine residency, including a year as chief resident, at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Her undergraduate studies were at University of Maryland where she concentrated in biology. She earned a master’s degree in cell biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and then turned to clinical medicine.
Before joining Orchard Health Care in 2017, Dr. Sobel practiced for over 15 years in a primary care group in Wellesley sponsored by Newton-Wellesley Hospital. At Newton-Wellesley, she was regularly cited as the top internist in quality measures. She has directed many patient care improvement projects involving concerns such as managing high blood pressure and osteoporosis, as well as preventing falls in the elderly. Her patient panel includes both women and men, but comprehensive women’s care including gynecology is a major focus for her.
Dr. Sobel and her husband have four teenage and older children. They live in Newton.

Dr. Lowe is a California native. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of the Pacific as a scholarship athlete and competitive swimmer and later moved to Chicago where she received her medical education and residency training in both adult internal medicine and pediatric medicine, being elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and obtaining board certification in both specialties. She returned to Marin in 2000 where she has practiced medicine for more than 20 years, developing relationships with a large network of specialists in both Marin and San Francisco and ultimately becoming Director of Primary Care for the Marin Health Medical Network. She is a strong advocate for lifestyle changes first, and medication second, and works hard to encourage her patients to maintain this focus.
