The San Francisco and Marin locations operate on a direct pay model, where patients pay a membership fee that covers nearly all services, eliminating the need for insurance. However, you can still use your insurance for specialist referrals, lab tests, and prescriptions.

All Other Discover Health Locations

Before joining Discover Health, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to ensure Discover Health is in-network.

We accept most PPO plans and Medicare, but do not accept HMOs (including Medicare Advantage), Individual Family Plans (IFPs), or some EPOs.
