The San Francisco and Marin locations are “direct pay,” meaning members pay a membership fee that covers almost all services and no insurance is accepted.

Prior to joining Discover Health, we recommend patients confirm with their insurance provider that Discover Health is in-network.

Discover Health accepts most PPO plans. HMOs, Individual Family Plans (IFPs), and some EPOs are not accepted.
